=> Routine checkup.
=> Friendly staff.
=> Very good doctors.
Room temperatures was bit cold. Not sure if it is controlled centrally separate controller in each room would have helped.
Patient was very thankful when he left with partner in the afternoon.
Partner came back in pm to collect TTA's - she was grateful and happy for staff consideration with regards to the patient who was hurrying home.
The staff here is excellent and good service.
Especially Junning Li, Edward Maragh and Francesca S. nurse.
Thank you to all looking after my mum.
Wishing all the staff have a lovely Christmas.
All round a very good service no need for improvements!!
Some nurses were really good and prepared to go above and beyond their call of duty and some nurses were basically downright rude, obnoxious and arrogant.
I was always made to feel that I was not one of the patient of 10. Always we have 10 patients. Nurses are overworked and therefore the 'attitude'.
Please excuse by handwriting as hands not working.
People like Emma are great. She is HCA but should be a nurse. She is fantastic as far as patient care is concerned.
Hospital stay - 5 days on 2 wards.
Everyone was very professional, competent and caring.
The staff are really helpful and caring and always look to give you what you need.
At night the doctors were not available to give me more medication that I needed prescribing. I am prone to chronic pain and really needed it and had to wait until morning.
Great friendly staff, well planned scheduled physios are great, Great.
Equipment at the disposal of the patience.
Need to improve ventilation in bathrooms and more towels for patience to use.
Service of seeing the doctor to be a bit more quicker.
Long wait!
Try and bring more doctors.: )
